When will our personalized Santa letter arrive?

If you choose the shipping option, your Letter from Santa should arrive 7-10 days after shipping. Please allow an extra 3 days for the magic to be made.

If you choose local pickup, you Letter from Santa will be waiting for you at Maude West in Columbus. Please allow 3 days for the magic to be made. I will email you when its dropped off at Maude West.

What is the final order deadline for guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery?

The deadline for ordering is November 30th. This is to ensure I have plenty of time to make your personalized Letter from Santa and make sure it gets to you on time.

How is the letter packaged so children don't spot it early?

The Letter from Santa comes in a red envelope with a gold foil seal and addresses to the child from Santa in the North pole.

The sticker and coloring sheet add-ons will be in the same envelope as the Letter from Santa.

The Nice List Certificate and congratulatory postcard will come in their own red envelope with a gold foil seal and addresses to the child from Santa in the North pole, so you can give it on Christmas day.

Everything you order will come addressed to you and from Santa in the North Pole, all packaged together in a larger red envelope.

Can I order letters for multiple siblings to arrive together?

Absolutely! If they are ordered together, they will all be shipped together and addressed to each individual child.
